The game is a simulation of wars between different countries. The player starts the game as a small state with only a few cities. Each city has its own number. The player can take over other cities, but only those with a number smaller than his own. In this way, the numbers are increased by adding up and the player gains new territories. Other players can also attack him and take away territories. The aim of the player is to prevent this and attack first. Additionally, the player, if he expands his country enough, can take over the whole world. But first of all, he has to defeat all his enemies.
